Program Manager (Remote)
Are you an experienced Program Manager with a background in logistics, supply chain, and technology platform development? This opportunity is ideal for a strategic, business-focused leader who can help shape a growing technology platform, prioritize high-value initiatives, and guide programs from a development through customer migration and onboarding. You’ll serve as the primary connection between business and IT, helping define priorities, align stakeholders, and drive solutions that improve shipment visibility and transportation operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic programs supporting the development and expansion of logistics technology platforms, including shipment visibility and transportation management solutions.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to establish priorities, evaluate opportunities, and determine the highest-value initiatives for platform development and business growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through technology development, re-platforming, customer migration, and new customer onboarding, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating operational needs into actionable plans while providing informed recommendations and direction.
- Establish program governance, communicate progress and risks to leadership, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve program execution and business outcomes.
What Gets You the Job:
- 7-10 years of program management experience, including approximately 5 years in logistics or supply chain.
- Experience with shipment visibility platforms, transportation management systems (TMS), or related logistics technology.
- Background leading new platform development, technology implementations, systems integrations, or customer migrations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize initiatives, make informed recommendations, and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with flexibility to work Eastern Time hours as needed and collaborate with offshore teams.
