Senior Data Analyst – Operations (Power BI / Snowflake)

Our client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to build the dashboards, data models, and AI-enabled tools that drive smarter decisions across their operations. You’ll work directly with executive leadership, lead process discovery, and bring your passion for data storytelling to an AI-forward, innovation-focused team, alongside a leadership group known for its strong culture.

• Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Location: Remote (Pacific Time business hours)

• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60-$73/hr on contract, with a conversion salary of $135K-$150K/yr

What You’ll Do:

• Design and maintain enterprise dashboards, semantic data models, and AI-enabled analytics solutions using Power BI, Snowflake, and Python
• Partner with executives and operational teams across Enrollment, Claims Operations, Grievances & Appeals, Provider Data Management, and more to understand goals and challenges
• Lead business process discovery sessions and translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Analyze complex claims, operational, workforce, and provider data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
• Define and govern enterprise KPIs, and present insights and data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership

What Gets You the Job:

• 5+ years of healthcare analytics, claims analytics, payor, or health plan operations experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and Python
• Experience with QNXT claims administration systems, Databricks, and business process documentation
• Experience building applications with Streamlit and leveraging AI-powered analytics, machine learning, or generative AI solutions
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with a talent for turning data into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
