Senior Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Hybrid)
Are you a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on experience improving business processes within a large ERP implementation? This opportunity is looking for a process improvement professional to support an Oracle Fusion transformation, with an initial focus on HR/HCM processes. You’ll work directly with business stakeholders to document current-state processes, perform gap analysis, determine how processes should be handled within Oracle Fusion, and create documentation that supports testing and training.

- Compensation: This job is expected to be paid about $50-$60/HR

What You’ll Do:
- Document current-state business processes and perform gap analysis against the future-state processes being developed as part of the Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to determine whether processes should be retired, handled through standard Oracle functionality, or addressed through an appropriate workaround.
- Focus on individual business processes, such as employee onboarding and other HR/HCM workflows, rather than large-scale project or program management.
- Create clear process documentation and materials that can be used to develop test scripts and support organization-wide training.
- Apply Lean Six Sigman methodologies to identify inefficiencies, eliminate unnecessary process steps, and improve how work is performed across the organization.
What Gets You the Job:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with hand-on process improvement experience.
- Experience performing business process improvement within a large ERP implementation such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- Demonstrated experience documenting processes and conducting current-state/future-state gap analysis.
- Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders to improve processes and navigate challenges.
- Oracle Fusion experience, particularly with HCM/HR processes such as Core HR, employee onboarding, or payroll, is strongly preferred.
