Program Manager, CRM & Digital Customer Experience

Our client is looking for a Program Manager to own a portfolio of customer-facing digital initiatives, including their CRM platform, website and online purchase flow, customer self-service portal, mobile app, and customer notification system. You’ll be embedded with the platform teams and run 8 to 10 concurrent projects end to end, bringing structure, visibility, and execution discipline to work that spans marketing, field operations, IT, and digital product teams. Technical knowledge of these platforms is a plus, but what matters most is strong execution, coordination, accountability, and the initiative to drive work forward.

• Location: Kirkland, Washington 
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $50-55 per hour
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Own a portfolio of 8-10 concurrent projects across CRM, website, customer portal, mobile app, and customer notification platforms, prioritizing work against business impact and capacity
• Charter projects, define scope and success criteria, and guide each one through the delivery lifecycle to on-time completion
• Manage the domain’s Jira boards and backlog, coordinating stories and facilitating sprint and release work with delivery teams
• Coordinate across marketing, field operations, IT, and digital product teams to keep dependencies and release timelines aligned
• Keep KPIs, benefits, and estimated completion dates current for every project, surface risks early, and give leadership clear, consistent status reporting

What Gets You the Job:

• 3-5 years of program or project management experience, preferably in a technology, digital, or IT environment
• A proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering on schedule, with the drive to push work forward without waiting to be asked
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar agile tools, including backlog and board management
• Clear written and verbal communication, including status reporting to leadership and bridging business stakeholders with technical delivery teams
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, e-commerce or buy-flow projects, customer portals, or mobile apps; PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification
