IAM Engineer (One Identity)
Our client is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in One Identity technologies to support and enhance their enterprise Identity & Access Management environment. This role will focus heavily on One Identity engineering, administration, automation, and governance initiatives while also supporting the organization’s long-term IAM modernization roadmap. Experience supporting or migrating to Okta environments is a plus!

Location: Remote (PST Hours Preferred)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $65–75/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
• Administer and support One Identity Manager, One Identity Safeguard, and Active Roles within enterprise environments
• Manage IAM workflows, provisioning, role-based access controls, and identity lifecycle processes
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and integrations using PowerShell, APIs, and related technologies
• Support privileged access management, Active Directory administration, and access governance initiatives
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams on IAM enhancements, troubleshooting, and future Okta migration efforts
What Gets You the Job:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager and related IAM technologies
• Experience with One Identity Safeguard (SPP/SPS), Active Directory, and Entra ID / Azure AD
• Strong scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, VB.NET, or C#
• Experience with Okta including SSO, lifecycle management, or migration initiatives is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, least privilege, provisioning, and access governance
