Project Manager
Our client is a growing organization with deep operational roots, looking for a sharp, execution-focused Project Manager to help drive meaningful transformation from the inside out. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-visibility role where your ability to map what is, define what should be, and lead teams through the change in between will directly shape how the business operates.
- Job Type: Contract to Hire
- Location: North Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $55-60/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to document current-state workflows and define future-state processes aligned to how the business actually operates
- Own project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across an assigned portfolio of initiatives
- Serve as the single coordination point between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors
- Establish and maintain governance artifacts including scope documentation, naming standards, ownership structures, and operational procedures
- Drive platform adoption through targeted training, communication, and usage validation-and keep leadership informed with clear, concise status reporting
What Gets You the Job:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst leading cross-functional initiatives from current-state assessment through implementation
- Strong process documentation skills with the ability to translate how an organization actually works into scalable future-state designs
- Experience serving as a central coordination point across business, IT, and vendor stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain governance frameworks, project plans, and risk registers with minimal oversight
- Clear, confident communicator who can deliver executive-level status updates and drive adoption across diverse teams
