Integrations Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Integrations Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations across our enterprise systems. This role will be responsible for building and supporting solutions in Azure API, Azure Data Factory, Master Data Management, Boomi workflows, SSIS, and SSRS, while also analyzing business requirements and ensuring scalable, cost-effective integration strategies. The ideal candidate will help reduce third-party vendor dependency by providing strong in-house technical expertise.

- Compensation: $55/hr – $65/hr W2

What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end integration projects from design through delivery, including architecture, development, testing, and implementation of real-time and batch integrations
- Analyze business data requirements and produce technical documentation such as process flows, mapping documents, and data flow diagrams
- Collaborate with IT application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integration solutions align with organizational needs
- Monitor software performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize integrations while following change control best practices
- Support Agile development processes, contribute to sprint planning, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of experience designing and leading system integrations in a mid-size enterprise environment, with proficiency in ETL and real-time integration using platforms such as Boomi, SSIS, or Azure Integration Services
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure API development, Azure Data Factory, Node.js, React.js, and CI/CD pipelines, along with familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs
- Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages including SQL, Java, HTML, .NET, and scripting languages, plus experience with Azure Database for PostgreSQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, fast-paced team
