Project Manager – Procurement

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support high-impact initiatives across indirect procurement and vendor operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of project execution, contract governance, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring contract accuracy, compliance, and documentation while partnering with stakeholders across a global organization.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $30–35 per hour W2

What You’ll Do

Manage and execute project plans supporting third-party contract remediation initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Review and validate contracts for accuracy, required compliance elements, and supporting documentation
Act as a primary liaison for category leaders and cross-functional partners across multiple time zones
Coordinate with legal, finance, security, and procurement teams to gather documentation and escalate risks or gaps
Support financial tracking, procurement workflows, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity

What Gets You the Job

Experience supporting projects within procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or contract administration environments
Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management, third-party risk documentation, and compliance requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholder levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Familiarity with procurement tools such as Workday Sourcing, Coupa, or Aravo is a plus
