Contract Compliance Specialist
Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Compliance Specialist to support contract lifecycle management and compliance initiatives across a global organization. This role will partner closely with Legal, Procurement, and Category Management teams to review and update agreements, support regulatory and internal compliance requirements, and ensure contracts remain current throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong contract management experience with a legal, regulatory, or paralegal background.
Location: Hybrid – Miramar, FL or Atlanta, GA (3 days onsite)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $32–36/hr W2
Duration: 12+ month contract

What You’ll Do:
- Review, update, and maintain procurement contracts to align with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Category Management, and other stakeholders to support contract compliance and resolve contract-related changes throughout project execution.
- Update agreements with required compliance language, including anti-bribery and other firm-specific contractual clauses.
- Support contract lifecycle activities, including amendments, change orders, contract closeout strategies, documentation, and updates to terms and conditions templates.
- Track contract and change-order activity, maintain metrics, and prepare progress reports for key stakeholders.
What Gets You the Job:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience supporting contracts, agreements, compliance, legal operations, procurement, or related functions.
- Strong experience with contract drafting, review, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management processes.
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements within a corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience partnering closely with Legal and cross-functional business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or previous paralegal experience preferred.
