Project Manager III (Procurement Operations)

- Compensation: This job is expected to be paid about $60-65/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Lead post-release hypercare for the updated Procurement Intake process through stabilization.
- Oversee day-to-day Intake operations, ensuring requests are routed, managed, and completed.
- Collaborate with Category, Sourcing, Contracting, and Purchasing teams to resolve bottlenecks and drive actions to closure.
- Deliver concise updates on performance, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders and Steering Committees.
- Translate operational insights into requirements for future releases, leveraging data, AI, and automation to improve processes.
What Gets You the Job:?
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management, procurement operations, or business operations (procurement preferred).
- Proven track record leading process or technology implementations through release, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Strong operations, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with expertise presenting to senior leaders and Steering Committees.
- Ability to work independently across functions and geographies, with experience using data, AI, automation to improve processes.
