IT Analyst

A rapidly growing fitness company with offices in Salt Lake City is seeking an IT Analyst to support technology across gym locations and corporate operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, supporting end users, and helping keep systems running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
This position includes field-based support (40–50% of the time) across regional gym locations. You will play a key role troubleshooting wireless connectivity, onboarding new employees, deploying equipment, and ensuring technology works reliably for teams across multiple sites.
The company operates in a fully cloud-based environment with no on-premise servers, allowing the IT team to focus on end-user support, network reliability, and operational efficiency rather than traditional infrastructure management.
Provide hands-on IT support across gym locations and Salt Lake City offices
Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and network-related issues at gym locations
Support Windows workstations and laptops in a cloud-first environment
Onboard new employees including device setup, access provisioning, and training
Order, configure, and deploy laptops and other end-user hardware
Support Microsoft desktop environments and Azure cloud systems including Entra ID
Administer Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and user access management
Manage mobile device platforms such as Intune and JAMF Pro
Deploy software and manage user systems using ScreenConnect
Support networking infrastructure including TCP/IP, switching, routing, and wireless
Maintain SD-WAN technologies including Meraki
Assist with IP surveillance systems such as Verkada
Support RingCentral VOIP services and troubleshooting
Provide technical training and assistance to end users
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the overall user experience
4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role
Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows workstations, networking, and cloud-based tools
Experience supporting Microsoft environments including Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus
Familiarity with mobile device management tools such as Intune or JAMF
Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, switching, routing, and wireless
Experience supporting Meraki networking environments is preferred
MSP experience is highly valued due to the prioritization and multitasking skills it typically develops
Strong customer service mindset and ability to support non-technical users
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel 40–50% within the region to support gym locations
