Contingent Workforce Analyst

Our client is looking for a Contingent Workforce Analyst to serve as the day-to-day engine of a fast-moving contract talent program. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between staffing suppliers and internal stakeholders-driving sourcing from intake through selection, keeping approvals and onboarding on track, and making sure the right people are in place at the right time, cost, and risk.

Job Type: Contract (3 months, potential to convert)

Location: Remote (US)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $40-$50/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Lead intake calls with engagement owners and staffing suppliers to align on role requirements and set sourcing up for success
• Screen resumes for must-have alignment and quality, flag issues with suppliers, and coordinate the interview process from scheduling through feedback to final selection
• Keep sourcing on pace end-to-end-from intake to supplier submission, candidate review, and talent selection-escalating when time-to-fill is at risk
• Partner with Legal, HR Operations, Technology, and Corporate Services to onboard and provision contingent workers compliantly and confirm Day 1 details
• Submit and track approval requests, monitoring status and elevating to keep everything moving on time

What Gets You the Job:

• 3+ years in an operational, client-facing role
• 3+ years sourcing staff augmentation workers based in the US
• 3+ years partnering with cross-functional teams including Legal and HR
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to get legal, HR, and hiring managers on the same page quickly
• Preferred: background in financial services or technology; experience with Workday HCM and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
