SailPoint ISC Migration Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join their IAM team in a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is an ideal role for someone who can hit the ground running, onboard applications, troubleshoot complex provisioning issues, and bring a consultant mindset to a major migration from on-premise SailPoint IIQ to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Job Type: Contract to Hire
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: Up to $160,000 base salary upon conversion
• Contract Length: Up to 2 years
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
• No 3rd parties or Corp-to-Corp (C2C) available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and support SailPoint solutions, including onboarding applications into SailPoint IIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Troubleshoot complex provisioning and code-related issues across enterprise applications.
• Support the migration from on-premise SailPoint IIQ to SailPoint’s cloud-based ISC platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and challenge the status quo with practical, forward-thinking solutions.
• Collaborate closely with IAM, operations, application owners, and other technical teams.

What Gets You the Job:

• Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) development experience is required.
• Experience onboarding applications into SailPoint ISC and troubleshooting complex provisioning issues.
• Strong SailPoint IIQ experience is preferred, particularly experience supporting or migrating from IIQ to ISC.
• A consultant mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes, introduce fresh ideas, and work independently.
• Strong collaboration skills and a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with SailPoint and IAM technologies.
