Aerospace Recruiter (Contract | On-Site Long Beach, CA)

Our client is hiring a full-cycle contract recruiter to run high-volume technician and skilled-trades hiring across their manufacturing and supply chain teams. You’ll manage a heavy req load across multiple shifts, build talent pools to keep up with steady headcount growth, and work in a pod alongside senior recruiters. This is a fast-moving, hands-on seat where you’ll partner directly with hiring managers and make an impact quickly.

Job Type: Contract

Location: Long Beach, CA — Onsite, 5 days per week

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $49 – $68/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Run full-cycle, high-volume hiring for hourly technician and skilled-trades roles across first, second, and weekend shifts
• Build and manage talent pools to keep pace with continuous headcount growth in manufacturing and supply chain
• Partner with hiring managers to understand evolving needs and adjust sourcing strategy as priorities shift
• Support hiring for manufacturing engineers, reliability engineers, and materials management roles alongside technician req load
• Work within a recruiting pod, collaborating with senior recruiters to balance and move a heavy, changing pipeline

What Gets You the Job:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of high-volume, non-exempt hiring
• Ability to make an immediate impact and manage a heavy, fast-changing req load without a long ramp
• Comfort sourcing and moving candidates at speed while keeping process and pipeline organized
• Experience working in an ATS environment; Workday and Greenhouse a plus
• Preferred: knowledge of manufacturing operations (aerospace not required)
