Business Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead a high-impact enterprise initiative focused on evaluating and consolidating multiple customer-facing portals into a single solution. This role is ideal for someone who excels at gathering requirements, building relationships across diverse teams, and turning business needs into clear recommendations and implementation plans. As the project evolves, you’ll play a key role in guiding the rollout of the selected platform and supporting long-term success.

- Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid onsite 3 days a week)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 60-70/HR W2

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple business teams to assess existing customer portals and digital experiences.
- Analyze business needs and develop recommendations for a consolidated portal solution while supporting business case development and implementation planning.
- Facilitate workshops, document business and functional requirements, and create process flows, user stories, and other key project deliverables.
- Partner with project leadership to develop implementation roadmaps, rollout strategies, timelines, and future-state operating models.
- Support enterprise digital initiatives, including an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) website modernization effort and customer portal consolidation.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience with a strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives involving customer portals, enterprise websites, or Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and experience with Salesforce or other enterprise portal platforms is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops, build business cases, and translate business needs into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience creating BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
