Senior Analyst III/Third Party Risk
Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst III to support governance, policy management, and third-party risk initiatives within a complex enterprise procurement and compliance environment. This role will focus on managing governance documentation, policy lifecycle activities, audit readiness, operational procedures, and cross-functional coordination supporting procurement and third-party risk management programs. The ideal candidate brings strong policy development experience, governance documentation expertise, and the ability to drive operational clarity across multiple stakeholder groups.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage governance documentation and policy lifecycle activities including updates, approvals, synchronization, version control, and repository administration.
- Draft, review, and maintain policies, standards, SOPs, playbooks, workflows, governance artifacts, and operational process documentation.
- Support third-party risk management and procurement governance initiatives by maintaining audit-ready documentation, evidence repositories, and compliance artifacts.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Finance, and business teams to translate regulatory and governance requirements into operational procedures.
- Drive change management, stakeholder communications, governance reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives across enterprise governance programs.
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong experience developing, managing, and maintaining enterprise policies, standards, procedures, SOPs, and governance documentation.
- Experience supporting procurement governance, third-party risk management (TPRM), vendor management, operational risk, or compliance programs.
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, GDPR, or similar regulatory standards.
- Experience supporting audits, managing document repositories, maintaining version control, and ensuring audit-ready documentation practices.
- Excellent communication, project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced enterprise environments.
