We’re partnering with a leading hospitality and gaming organization to hire a Project Manager supporting high-impact technology initiatives across Las Vegas properties. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid role with a strong onsite presence. You’ll manage multiple complex projects tied to system replacements, integrations, and new builds across gaming and operations.
What you’ll do
• Manage 7–10+ concurrent technology projects across gaming, hospitality, and infrastructure
• Lead end-to-end delivery of software and hardware replacements (cage, table systems, etc.)
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and critical path
• Partner with construction, infrastructure, networking, and vendors to drive execution
• Gather requirements and align technical solutions with operational needs
• Coordinate vendor integrations and system implementations
• Work onsite as needed, including in active construction environments
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What gets you the job
• 4+ years of project management experience in complex environments
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with dependencies
• Background in infrastructure, system implementations, and vendor coordination
• Gaming, casino, or hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with field and construction teams
• Experience with Waterfall methodology; Agile exposure is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
