Dynamics Architect

Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and customer engagement solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical architect who enjoys translating complex business needs into scalable system designs while guiding implementation across modern cloud platforms. You will play a key role in shaping integrated solutions that enhance customer engagement, unify data, and support automation and analytics initiatives across the organization.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $75–$80/hr W2

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights within a modern cloud architecture.
• Lead solution architecture across integrated platforms including CRM systems, data platforms, and customer engagement tools to create unified customer and member experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and developers to translate requirements into technical architecture, system designs, and implementation plans.
• Drive automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives using Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and modern AI capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, compliance, and DevOps practices while supporting Agile delivery models.

What Gets You the Job:

• Expert-level experience architecting solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customer Insights).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud data models and enterprise CRM architecture.
• Experience designing integrations between CRM platforms, contact center solutions, and enterprise data platforms.
• Deep expertise in Power Platform, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory), and API management.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile or SAFe environments with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines and environment governance.
