Our client is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing to modernize and elevate an established enterprise brand for the digital era. This executive will lead the transformation of how the brand connects with audiences across social, digital, and emerging platforms. While the organization has a strong brand foundation and strategic leadership in place, this role is designed to close a critical gap in digital innovation, cultural relevance, and platform-native storytelling.

This leader will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, blending strategic clarity with hands-on execution. The mandate is not to rebuild the brand, but to build upon its strength by driving social influence, digital experimentation, and platform-native engagement that translates into measurable business growth.

  • Location: Western United States (Generous relocation package available)
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base of about $275k plus bonus and incentives

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the evolution of a digitally dominant, social-first brand strategy that drives cultural relevance and measurable business growth
  • Own and scale influencer, creator, and content ecosystems with a disciplined test-and-learn mindset
  • Translate consumer insights, data, and emerging platform trends into clear strategic direction and high-impact brand initiatives
  • Oversee Creative and Social teams, evaluating structure and building a high-performing, innovation-focused organization
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure brand strategy aligns with long-term enterprise growth objectives

  • 15+ years of progressive brand and marketing leadership experience at enterprise scale
  • Proven success modernizing established brands through digital, social, and influencer strategy
  • Strong strategic instincts combined with the ability to operate in the details and execute with precision
  • Experience leading integrated brand initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints and platforms
  • Background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, cruise, lifestyle, or other digitally forward consumer industries
