IT Vendor & Contract Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking an IT Vendor & Contract Analyst on a full-time basis to support our client’s PMO and IT delivery teams by managing third-party vendor engagements end to end. This role partners closely with IT, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Security to ensure vendor intake, SOW development, contract reviews, and renewals are handled efficiently and in alignment with approved initiatives.

  • Location: Remote working eastern hours
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $85,000- $100,000 per year plus benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the PMO point of contact for vendor intake, renewals, SOW changes, and extensions tied to IT projects
  • Validate vendor requests for scope, funding, timelines, and business alignment
  • Draft and refine Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring clear scope, deliverables, milestones, and governance
  • Coordinate contract and SOW approvals across Procurement, Legal, InfoSec, Finance, and IT
  • Support commercial negotiations within established guidelines (rates, extensions, caps, payment terms), primarily for staffing and recurring services
  • Track vendor engagements, renewals, change orders, and performance issues across the IT portfolio
  • Provide reporting and visibility into vendor pipelines, renewals, and contract status
  • Support vendor onboarding and offboarding activities as needed

What Gets You the Job: 

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement support, contract operations, PMO, or IT project support
  • Experience supporting IT delivery teams in an Agile or hybrid environment
  • Working knowledge of SOWs, contract lifecycles, and cross-functional approval workflows
  • Exposure to rate or term negotiations for staffing or professional services
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendor workflows
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with vendor risk or security intake processes
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tracking tools
  • Ability to build templates, playbooks, and improve operational workflows
