Senior HCM Systems Specialist
Our client is seeking a Senior HCM Systems Specialist to help modernize and elevate how their people systems support the business. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong Workday knowledge along with broader enterprise HCM experience and the ability to operate in an evolving systems landscape. You will play a critical role in optimizing current capabilities, advising on future-state platform decisions, and ensuring HR technology scales with the organization’s long-term goals.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a senior owner of the Workday platform while also partnering across adjacent HCM tools and integrations that support the broader HR ecosystem.
- Assess and improve how Workday is currently utilized, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to better support the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and leadership by providing enterprise-level guidance on HR systems, integrations, and scalability.
- Support evaluation, optimization, or potential transition planning of HCM platforms as business and global needs evolve.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday business processes, reporting, and security while ensuring stability during periods of change.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday in a hands-on configuration and support capacity.
- Broader experience across HR systems or HCM tools beyond Workday, including integrations or complementary platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR technology environments and how systems support scalability and growth.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous or transitional environments where platform direction is still being evaluated.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with HR, leadership, and technical stakeholders.
