VP of Data and AI Strategy (Onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Data and AI Strategy to define and lead the enterprise-wide data vision, strategy, and execution. This executive will shape how the organization acquires, integrates, governs, and consumes data across the full lifecycle-from ingestion and storage in modern data platforms to enabling actionable insights, advanced analytics, and AI capabilities. The VP will play a critical role in driving business growth, operational excellence, and innovation by positioning data as a core strategic asset across the enterprise.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $225-300K total compensation

What You’ll Do:
– Define and own the enterprise data strategy, aligning with corporate goals and leading a full data lifecycle vision from acquisition through BI/AI/ML consumption.
– Partner with C-suite leadership to drive data-enabled decision-making, operational optimization, and product innovation.
– Oversee the design and optimization of scalable data pipelines for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources.
– Architect hybrid cloud and on-prem data ecosystems leveraging platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
– Lead enterprise data enablement initiatives, including self-service analytics, AI/ML data readiness, and frameworks for secure, compliant, and ethical data use.
What Gets You the Job:
– 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in data strategy, architecture, analytics, or related disciplines.
– Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale data modernization programs across diverse business domains.
– Deep expertise with modern data lake and data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Synapse, or Redshift.
– Strong understanding of AI/ML data requirements and enabling infrastructure for data science teams.
– Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or a related field preferred; hospitality/hotel/gaming experience highly desirable.
