Sr Cloud Azure Infrastructure Engineer
Our client is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Lead who thrives in hands-on technical leadership while driving strategy and innovation. This is an opportunity to shape secure, scalable, and resilient Azure environments that power critical services. - Location: Greenwich Connecticut (Hybrid 3 days a week onsite
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 80-90/HR W2

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure within Azure
- Lead the development of cybersecurity strategies, security controls, and compliance measures
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in cloud setup, automation scripting, and secure integrations
- Integrate security practices into DevOps pipelines while leveraging automation for efficiency
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on cloud and security initiatives
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Strong background in Azure infrastructure and services, including networking, monitoring, and automation
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, IAM, and Azure security tools such as Defender, Sentinel, and Key Vault
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and scripting (PowerShell, CLI)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with SaaS or external systems
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Security Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or M365 Administrator) preferred
