Project/Product Manager – Cross Functional Systems Integration

Our client is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee complex, multi-system projects with a focus on execution, coordination, and meeting critical deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing structure to cross-functional efforts, and can keep diverse teams aligned toward a common goal. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring requirements are clear, deliverables are met, and communication flows seamlessly across the project lifecycle.

• Location: Remote – EST preferred
• Compensation: $70-78/hour W2
• Contract through November 2025 with strong potential for extension
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate workstreams across multiple systems to ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Drive execution by tracking progress, managing deadlines, and ensuring deliverables remain on target.
• Document and maintain project requirements, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across distributed teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of processes and solutions.

What Gets You the Job: 

• Proven track record in end-to-end project management, particularly with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing projects using a waterfall methodology, particularly where sequencing and dependencies are critical.
• Experience with Oracle Financials (AR/GL/AP) integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Azure DevOps (ADO), or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to provide clear direction to contractors.
• Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable to recurring organizational change projects.
