Oracle CC&B Analyst Remote  (Contract-to-Hire)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle CC&B Analyst to join their team and support the ongoing development and optimization of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing solutions. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a collaborative, mostly remote environment with excellent long-term benefits and career advancement potential. The ideal candidate is a strong functional analyst with development capabilities, prior utilities experience, and exceptional communication skills.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Must reside in Arizona to convert to FTE)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $52-$63 an hour
H1V sponsorship for this position is acceptable and fully remote

What You’ll Do:
• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot Oracle CC&B system solutions and enhancements
• Lead system integrations with edge platforms via APIs, web services, and messaging queues
• Collaborate across IT and Customer Experience teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Support end-to-end Meter-to-Cash lifecycle workflows across CC&B modules
• Recommend new technologies and best practices to improve application performance

What Gets You the Job: 
• 5+ years of utility industry experience, including 4+ years of CC&B system development
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and OUAF
• Proven experience with Meter-to-Cash lifecycle and in-house rate development
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and support edge system integrations (e.g., MDM, AMI, IVR)
• Strong communication skills and experience interfacing across technical and business teams
