Senior Technical Project Manager – ERP Integrations

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives centered around ERP systems and SaaS integrations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, enterprise environments and brings the leadership, technical fluency, and delivery discipline needed to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. You’ll play a central role in aligning teams across ERP, MDM, and integration layers—ensuring business outcomes are delivered on time and with clarity.

• Location: Remote working Central or Eastern time zone hours
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 65/hour
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multiple simultaneous projects involving ERP systems, Master Data Management (MDM), tax platforms (Vertex), and key SaaS integrations
• Drive coordination and communication across ERP, integration, and business systems teams to align timelines, scope, and dependencies
• Use a hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery model based on project needs and stakeholder expectations
• Track and manage deliverables using Jira and Confluence, ensuring consistent visibility and status reporting
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to drive decisions, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum

• Proven experience managing complex ERP initiatives, including integrations with SaaS platforms
• Understanding of data flow and master data concepts within enterprise system landscapes
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in a project management capacity
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and lead delivery in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
