Network Support Analyst (Hybrid)
Well branded and successful organization is looking to bring on Network Support Analyst to provide onsite and remote support for all network hardware/devices in multuple locations. The position is fully onsite and requires hands-on work with switches, access points, cabling, hardware installs, and field support. Upcoming large infrastructure projects will offer strong opportunities to learn and grow.
What you will do:
- Support Cisco Swithces, Meraki Firewalls, Windows OS, mobile devices, and cabling.
- Assist Network Engineers with daily operational tasks and onsite support
- Build and test patch cables, assist with cabling runs, and use cable testers
- Support switch updates, Palo Alto firewall work, and AP deployments (Meraki, Aruba, or Juniper)
- Perform physical installation tasks including ladders, mounting APs, racking switches, and lifting equipment
- Use ServiceNow for ticketing and Excel/SharePoint for documentation
- Support fiber work, including terminating fiber and learning single-mode vs. multi-mode
What gets you the job:
- 1–3 years of network support or field technician experience
- Ability to build patch cables
- Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment; CCNA or CCENT in progress is a plus
- Exposure to Palo Alto firewalls and enterprise wireless systems
- Comfortable with physical demands of the role (ladders, lifting, racking, bending)
- Experience with ServiceNow and basic network scanner tools
