Summer may be a slower season for some, but for women in technology across the US, this one is full of milestones, both nationwide and within our own walls at ITC.

Congratulations to our newest Executive Leadership WIL graduates. ITC’s Women in Leadership program recently concluded its latest Executive Leadership cohort, and the caliber of this graduating class speaks for itself. These accomplished women, all Director level and above, already hold prestigious positions within their organizations and came to the program with impressive track records of leadership. Having earned their certification, each graduate will now be paired with a C-level mentor to guide her toward the executive suite. We are honored to play a role in their journey and look forward to celebrating the titles that come next.

Nashville, you’re next. Our first in-person WIL cohort kicks off the first week of October in Nashville. ITC WIL is partnering with Nashville SIM and the Greater Nashville Technology Council (GNTC) to create a powerful community of women in the program, supported by top-tier mentors from across the region. Emerging Leaders returns for its third cohort. Our Emerging Leaders program kicks off again in October, welcoming women at the manager level from across the country. This robust virtual program is designed for managers looking to elevate their careers and take the next step in their leadership journey, taught by some of the nation’s best technology executives. Mark your calendar for Grace Hopper. The Grace Hopper Celebration, the world’s largest gathering of women technologists, comes to the Anaheim Convention Center October 27 through 30.
