Healthcare Program Manager

We are seeking a senior-level Healthcare Program Manager to lead technology initiatives in a merger and integration environment. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can quickly take ownership of active projects, partner with senior leadership, and drive detailed execution with minimal ramp-up. The ideal candidate brings strong Smartsheet expertise and experience implementing enterprise-wide integrated applications.

• Job Type: 12 months + contract
• Location: remote with the ability to work PST hours
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $90-100/hr
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of active technology programs and projects, quickly assessing priorities, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
• Lead enterprise-wide integrated application implementations across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and clinical technology.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align scope, priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Use Smartsheet to manage project plans, track milestones and dependencies, and provide clear status reporting.
• Drive day-to-day execution in a merger and integration environment, resolving issues and keeping teams accountable for deliverables

What Gets You the Job: 

• Senior-level program and project management experience, with the ability to operate independently and contribute immediately.
• Strong hands-on Smartsheet experience managing complex initiatives, schedules, and reporting.
• Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-wide integrated applications, supported by a broad technology background across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and clinical systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders while remaining highly organized and attentive to project details.
• Experience navigating merger or integration environments; healthcare experience is strongly preferred, and Epic experience is a plus.
