Executive Vice President
Craig Kapper, Executive Vice President of Irvine Technology Corporation. Prior to joining ITC, Craig served as a Senior Manager overseeing Technology staffing operations, project solutions, and strategic account expansion for a multi-billion-dollar staffing firm. With over 20 years of Technology Staffing and executive Leadership experience, Craig is responsible for the strategic account expansion and service offerings for ITC while ensuring delivery of a world class, white glove experience to clients and consultants alike. While Craig brings extensive Staffing, Consulting, and Leadership experience to ITC, it’s Craig’s beliefs that caring about people, fighting for Women’s equality in the workplace and giving back to the communities we serve that make him an ideal fit for the ITC team.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practice Leader
Mary is a leader in Talent and Organizational Effectiveness with a proven track record of improving business results through improving leadership performance. She is pragmatic and a results-driven leader who is best known for transforming organizations by delivering bottom-line results in diverse, global organizations. Corporate background includes MGM Resorts International, Bank of America, Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc., Mattel Inc., Honeywell International, and Marriott International. Mary oversees ITC's DE&I Service offering vertical.
Director of Human Resources
Amanda Woods serves as Director of Human Resources for Irvine Technology Corporation. Amanda is an experienced and results-driven with a strong background in the staffing industry. Amanda has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that optimize talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. She is skilled in building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Orlando is CFO of Irvine Technology Corporation. He is a Senior Finance Executive with over 35 years of extensive finance, administrative, and accounting experience in diverse industries in both the public and private sectors. Kevin has proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls, and operational process improvements. He has strong qualifications in general management, business planning, and staff development/leadership as well as a solid Information Technology background.

With over twenty-five years of experience in the Staffing and Placement industry, Nicole leads ITC's efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and empower women to reach their full potential as leaders. Under her leadership, ITC has achieved notable success in increasing representation of women and people of color in technology leadership positions, and has been recognized as a top national company for diversity and inclusion.
Chief Operating Officer
Nicole Ortiz has been with ITC since 2015. She brings over 20 years in the IT Staffing and Services industry experience and knowledge to our leadership team. Nicole’s main responsibilities include implementation of operating procedures to support ITC’s strategy and goals as well as manage and direct key departments within the organization. Nicole graduated from Pepperdine University with her BS in Management and MBA in Finance.
