PMO Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly organized PMO professional to help strengthen how technology initiatives are intake, prioritized, governed, and reported across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong project governance with hands-on Jira expertise, executive-level communication, and a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.

- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 100-120k

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the intake process, serving as the central point of contact for new projects and initiatives.
- Administer and optimize Jira, including infrastructure, integrations, workflows, reporting, and SDLC standards.
- Lead PMO governance, prioritization, and approval processes in partnership with executive leadership.
- Drive consistent weekly project reporting, coordinating with project leads to capture milestones, risks, blockers, and key updates.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, using technology and AI where appropriate to improve PMO operations.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Strong experience building, managing, or enhancing PMO infrastructure, governance, and processes within a complex organization.
- Hands-on Jira administration experience, or deep expertise with comparable project management platforms and the ability to quickly become proficient with Jira.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies and technology project delivery.
- Excellent executive communication, organization, follow-through, and ability to remain composed while navigating competing priorities.
- Experience applying AI to build solutions, automate processes, or improve workflows beyond basic reporting and productivity use cases.
