IT Project Manager
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and partnering with teams to deliver meaningful results. - Location: Remote on Contract, Onsite if converted (Multiple Locations)
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 55-65/HR W2

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple technology projects from planning through deployment, managing timelines, risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support Product Owners and development teams, and help ensure successful delivery through testing and production deployment.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, training materials, and deployment documentation.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, proactively manage changing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined project management and business analysis experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban delivery methodologies, including Scrum practices.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting business processes, with ERP experience preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft 365, along with an interest in leveraging AI tools.
