Business Systems Analyst
Our client is looking for an analytical and collaborative Business Systems Analyst to help drive process improvement, technology enablement, and operational efficiency across key business initiatives. What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support solution development
- Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, system interactions, and business requirements
- Create analysis artifacts including process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and stakeholder summaries
- Support testing, UAT readiness, training documentation, implementation activities, and post-deployment validation
- Conduct data analysis and reporting support to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decision-making
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, process improvement, or systems-focused roles
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements
- Working knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis, reporting concepts, and data analysis methodologies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Visio, Miro, Agile practices, or related analysis/documentation tools
