JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is building out a new data team focused on enabling modern data capabilities in the cloud. This is a great opportunity to join early and play a hands-on role in shaping how data is analyzed, validated, and delivered across the organization. You’ll work with complex datasets, collaborate with both technical and business teams, and help ensure data quality and accuracy across key initiatives.

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $97-$99/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to analyze and validate large datasets
• Perform data analysis and support data mapping, transformation logic, and ETL validation
• Execute and support ETL testing efforts across cloud-based data platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute across analysis, testing, and data validation efforts

What Gets You the Job:

• Strong hands-on experience writing advanced SQL queries (required)
• Experience working with GCP tools such as BigQuery and Airflow
• Background in data analysis, data validation, and ETL testing
• Familiarity with insurance data, particularly claims, is highly preferred
• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud (IAC) is a strong plus
