HRIS System Administrator – Dayforce Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HRIS System Administrator – Dayforce Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for the Ceridian Dayforce platform. This role will support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing performance of the HRIS environment across payroll, benefits, workforce management, talent, and employee data. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational leadership to ensure Dayforce is fully leveraged to support our client’s growing organization. This position plays a critical role in maintaining system integrity, supporting integrations, and delivering reporting insights that help drive operational decisions across the business.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS platform, supporting configuration across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Talent, and Reporting modules.
- Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, security roles, and system settings to ensure reliable system performance and data integrity.
- Manage Dayforce updates, releases, and system enhancements while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for HRIS and integration issues while supporting data imports, file feeds, and API-based integrations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR, payroll, and leadership decision-making.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of HRIS administration experience with deep hands-on expertise in Ceridian Dayforce configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of HRIS architecture including data structures, workflows, security models, and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management systems within a complex organization.
- Knowledge of data integration methods including APIs, SFTP, flat files, and formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.
- Bachelor’s degree and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
