Product Manager
Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is partnering with a global organization to identify a Product Manager II – Procurement Intake & Operations Specialist to support procurement operations and intake management. This role will serve as a central coordinator responsible for reviewing procurement requests, ensuring accurate routing, maintaining workflow visibility, and helping drive efficient execution across category management, sourcing, and purchasing teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:
- Review incoming procurement requests submitted through intake tools, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation before routing.
- Coordinate workflow across category, sourcing, and purchasing teams to ensure requests are routed appropriately and processed efficiently.
- Track requests throughout the procurement lifecycle, following up with stakeholders to maintain momentum and meet established SLAs.
- Produce operational reports on request volume, cycle times, backlog, and workflow performance to provide visibility into procurement operations.
- Identify process inefficiencies within intake and routing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and user experience.
What Gets You the Job:
- BS Degree
- Experience supporting procurement operations, purchasing processes, or operational workflow coordination.
- Familiarity with procurement or intake systems such as ServiceNow, Coupa, or similar ticketing/workflow platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Excel or reporting tools for tracking workflow metrics and operational performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
