Project Manager II – Contracts Specialist

• Job Type: Contract (6 months)
• Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $32-$35/hour
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Support the end-to-end remediation of third-party contracts, including compiling information to meet regulatory requirements and reviewing contracts for accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for category leaders, coordinating with diverse stakeholders across teams and time zones.
• Identify escalation needs and proactively manage a variety of situations with sound judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and financial elements related to contract processes.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security while handling sensitive contract and compliance information.

What Gets You the Job:

• Knowledge of contract management principles with demonstrated experience in project and process management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with superb client service capabilities.
• Comfortable managing finance and budgets, with the ability to handle both technical and business aspects of work.
• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently; a creative problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent university degree.
