Technology Sourcing Specialist – Optimize Sourcing

Join a high-visibility sourcing organization focused on transforming how the firm makes responsible, strategic technology purchasing decisions. In this role, you will lead sourcing events, shape compliant RFPs, negotiate with suppliers, and drive best-in-class sourcing practices while partnering with technology, procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders across a global footprint.

Location: US Remote (Miramar, FL preferred)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $45-57/hr

Duration: 9-month contract (Two openings)

What You’ll Do:

– Lead end-to-end technology sourcing events, including strategy, RFP development, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations.

– Partner closely with Category Managers, business units, and Optimize collaborators to co-create sourcing strategies aligned to ESG, risk, and responsible-buying goals.

– Apply strategic sourcing methodologies-such as spend analysis, clean sheeting, total cost of ownership, and cost breakdown analysis-to drive optimal value.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and regional sourcing partners to ensure consistent and compliant sourcing experiences globally.

– Contribute to the firm’s responsible sourcing transformation by improving sourcing processes, documentation, governance models, and digital enablement tools.

What Gets You the Job:

– 7+ years of business experience with at least 5 years of Technology Sourcing expertise, including professional services categories.

– Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing processes (TCO modeling, spend analysis, clean sheeting, RFP excellence, negotiation strategy, business case development).

– Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior leadership in a consensus-driven culture.

– Experience supporting procurement or sourcing transformation initiatives, including process optimization and digital automation solutions.

– University degree with strong academic record; advanced degree preferred. Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint required.
