Salesforce Technical Lead

Our client is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead who enjoys solving complex problems and helping teams deliver reliable, scalable solutions. This role plays a critical part in supporting and enhancing a large enterprise Salesforce environment, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.

You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, guiding developers, resolving complex production issues, and helping the platform evolve to support new business capabilities. What You’ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical execution and provide guidance for Salesforce development initiatives within the Service Cloud environment
  • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues, including root cause analysis and coordination of fixes
  • Guide the development and delivery of new Salesforce features and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform integrations
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards
  • Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

What Gets You the Job: 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 4 years in a Technical Lead or senior developer leadership role
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues within enterprise Salesforce environments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including security models, data structures, and governor limits
  • Experience mentoring developers, leading code reviews, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
