Our client is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional who enjoys solving complex problems and building practical solutions that make systems work better for the business. • Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire
• Location: Remote in Continental US working Pacific or Mountain Time Zone Hours; Local to Phoenix, AZ preferred
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay a base salary of about $140k
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop customizations, workflows, and extensions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform
• Build and improve integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using APIs, Azure integration services, and Power Platform tools
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve support tickets, and implement enhancements that improve platform stability and performance
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design, code reviews, and development standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver scalable solutions and improve platform processes

What Gets You the Job: 

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or Dynamics CRM
• Hands on development experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Dynamics customization tools
• Experience working with integrations using APIs, Microsoft Dataverse, Azure services, or similar technologies
• Strong programming skills in technologies such as C#, JavaScript, .NET, TypeScript, or SQL
• Exposure to architecture or solution design work, with the desire to grow into a platform architect role
