- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $55,000-$65,000/year depending on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve circuit, connectivity, and infrastructure issues across a multi-site enterprise network environment, serving as a key escalation point for network operations.
- Maintain and optimize Cisco switching and routing infrastructure, supporting day-to-day network health and performance across domestic and international locations.
- Assist with firewall configuration and security management within a Cisco Firepower environment, with the potential to expand into Palo Alto as the organization modernizes.
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and share on-call responsibilities with the senior network engineer, supporting change control during scheduled maintenance periods.
- Contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives, including growing cloud networking integration and cross-functional collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
What Gets You the Job:
- 3-5 years of hands-on network engineering experience with strong fundamentals in switching, routing, and core protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs).
- Experience supporting complex, multi-site enterprise network environments with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot independently and under pressure.
- Firewall and cybersecurity exposure, ideally with Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar next-generation firewall platforms.
- Proficiency with Cisco hardware (IOS/NX-OS) and familiarity with network monitoring tools; SD-WAN or cloud networking experience is a strong plus.
- A collaborative, self-sufficient work style with the flexibility to participate in rotating on-call and after-hours maintenance windows.
