SaaS Applications Support Specialist

  • Location: Remote
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60,000-$75,000/year depending on experience
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary support contact for enterprise SaaS platforms-triaging, prioritizing, and resolving incidents and service requests across tools like Salesforce and NetSuite via an ITSM ticketing system.
  • Perform hands-on platform administration including user management, permission sets, workflows, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce, as well as user setup and configuration in NetSuite.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining integrations between platforms using tools such as Workato and participate in UAT for new features and enhancements.
  • Identify and document opportunities to streamline workflows, improve platform usability, and contribute to system enhancement projects and data migrations.
  • Support SOX compliance activities including audit trail reviews, access reviews, and change management documentation while maintaining SOPs and training materials.

What Gets You the Job:

  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS support, IT helpdesk, or applications analyst role with hands-on administration of at least one major enterprise platform (CRM, ERP, ITSM, or similar).
  • Experience with Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud or similar), including user management, profiles, flows, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency working within an ITSM ticketing system such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Zendesk, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, managing multiple priorities-bonus points for familiarity with NetSuite, Workato, or SOX compliance requirements.
