Application Engineer

Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Application Engineer to support the development and improvement of their internal technology ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for an early-career technologist who enjoys solving integration challenges, connecting systems, and helping organizations get more value from their data and applications. You will work closely with project leadership to support application integrations, improve reporting capabilities, and help streamline how systems communicate across the business.

Location: North Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $60-75/hr W2 depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Support integrations between internal applications and systems to improve data flow and operational visibility

   

• Assist with data ingestion and pipeline support within Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments

   

• Build or support API connections that move data between platforms and internal systems

   

• Help maintain and update reporting and analytics dashboards used by business stakeholders

   

• Troubleshoot system performance issues and assist with improving reliability across applications

   

What Gets You the Job:

• 2-3 years of experience in application engineering, data engineering, integrations, or a similar technical role

   

• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or comparable data and reporting platforms

   

• Familiarity with building or supporting API integrations between systems

   

• Ability to translate business or operational needs into technical solutions

   

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in an evolving technology environment
