G&A Systems / Technical Product Lead (Contract)

Contract | Potential long-term | Remote (West Coast hours) | Pharmaceutical Industry

We’re supporting a growing pharmaceutical company looking for a strong systems and product-minded professional to help optimize and integrate their G&A technology stack. This is a high-visibility role working across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to drive system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.

What you’ll do

• Lead initiatives across core G&A platforms including NetSuite, Coupa, ADP, CLM tools, and Concur

• Drive integrations and data flows between enterprise SaaS systems

• Gather and document business and technical requirements (BRDs, specs, data mapping)

• Support data migration efforts and file transfers

• Manage multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned

• Translate between technical teams and business users

• Identify automation and optimization opportunities across systems

What gets you the job

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, ADP, CLM platforms, and Concur

• Strong understanding of system integrations and data migration

• Experience documenting requirements and technical specifications

• Project management experience across concurrent initiatives

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Nice to have: FloQast, Condor, 3PL, or GTN experience

• Technical/software product management background is a plus

This is a contract opportunity with potential for long-term extension, offering strong exposure and impact within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
