Data Analyst (Mid-Level to Senior)
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their growing data team at a pivotal moment of transformation. With an aggressive Workday integration underway and rapid expansion through acquisitions, this role will play a critical part in shaping how enterprise data is structured, modeled, and delivered across the organization. You will work closely with internal business operations teams and external integration partners to ensure clean, scalable data pipelines and models that support long-term growth.
Location:
Preferred near Garden Grove, CA or Dallas/Carrollton, TX; (Hybrid initially in Dallas with flexibility toward remote)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $90,000-$110,000 per year, up to $135,000 per year for a Senior-level individual, plus bonus (based on individual and company performance)

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business operations and integration teams to support an enterprise-wide Workday implementation, ensuring accurate data mapping and alignment of data elements
- Design and build normalized and star schema data models from raw tables to support scalable analytics and reporting
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem using Python and SQL
- Collaborate across data engineering, data science, and business teams to inject, transform, and manage enterprise data
- Review and interpret existing code and integrations to validate accuracy and support system decommissioning and consolidation efforts
What Gets You the Job:
- Strong experience in data analysis and advanced data modeling, including normalization and star schema design
- Hands-on experience with Python for data transformation and ingestion within a modern data platform (Microsoft Fabric experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, transformation, and validation of complex datasets
- Experience supporting ERP or enterprise system integrations (Workday experience a strong plus)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple stakeholders
