Procurement Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to support contract remediation and sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories. This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level procurement professional who thrives in structured, enterprise environments and enjoys working cross-functionally with legal, category management, and finance teams.

• Location: Miramar, FL 33023 (Hybrid schedule – Onsite Tu–Th)
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 32-$36/hr W2
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You’ll Do:
• Maintain relationships with legal, category management, and business stakeholders to ensure procurement contracts remain compliant with corporate governance standards.
• Support the remediation and ongoing updates of third-party contracts, ensuring documentation reflects regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Review, update, and adapt contracts throughout project execution to ensure accuracy, enforceability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Serve as a key point of contact for category leaders on contract-related matters, escalating risks and issues when appropriate.
• Support indirect procurement initiatives across professional services and external workforce categories, including financial tracking and contract oversight.
What Gets You the Job:
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, or vendor operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience working in a professional services or enterprise environment; prior internship with a large organization is a plus.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with tools such as Workday Sourcing, Coupa, or Aravo is a plus.
