- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 90-110k

What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI semantic models using optimized star-schema structures
- Build advanced DAX measures and calculations aligned to standardized KPIs and business definitions
- Tune and optimize datasets, reports, and row-level security to ensure performance and scalability
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to translate business requirements into technical model designs
- Document models and promote governance standards to support a reliable and reusable BI environment
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or analytics-focused roles with strong Power BI data modeling expertise
- Advanced DAX skills, including time intelligence, calculated tables, and performance optimization techniques
- Hands-on SQL experience for querying, transformation, and large dataset analysis
- Solid understanding of dimensional modeling principles, including fact and dimension design
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
