Our client is expanding their data and analytics capabilities and is looking for someone early to mid in their career who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and technology. This role is designed for a growth-oriented professional who may already have Palantir experience or who brings strong experience with modern data and analytics platforms and can ramp quickly into Palantir.

You will serve as an internal point person for Palantir, supporting users, helping shape use cases, and working closely with internal IT teams and external partner resources. This is not a deep engineering role on day one. It is an opportunity to learn the platform, add value quickly, and grow into increased ownership over time.

• Location: Monrovia, CA (onsite 5 days)
• Compensation: This job salary range is $100-160k depending on experience, plus a great benefits package
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No C2C for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a primary internal contact for Palantir, supporting users and helping answer business questions
• Work with stakeholders to translate operational needs into data use cases and analytics solutions
• Coordinate with external Palantir partner teams that handle much of the platform development and operational work
• Contribute to data and analytics efforts using tools such as Palantir, Power BI, Snowflake, or AWS as appropriate
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to support platform usage, integrations, and adoption

What Gets You the Job: 

• Experience working with modern data, analytics, or BI platforms such as Palantir, Power BI, Snowflake, AWS, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and grow into increased responsibility
• Palantir Foundry experience is strongly preferred, but not required
