IT Project Manager (POS)
Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Project Manager who brings both strong project leadership and solid technical understanding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, from planning and documentation through rollout and post-implementation support. You will play a key role in delivering technology initiatives that directly impact multiple operational locations, working closely with business leaders, vendors, and internal IT teams. Location: Commerce, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $140,000–$150,000 base salary

What You’ll Do:
- Lead full project lifecycles for enterprise technology initiatives including POS ecosystems, forecasting platforms, and other operational systems across multiple locations
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, requirements documentation (BRDs), timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders and vendors to manage system integrations, rollouts, and enhancements
- Oversee phased, multi-location deployments using a blend of waterfall planning and agile execution approaches
- Maintain ownership of systems post-launch, ensuring performance, adoption, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience with strong technical acumen in infrastructure, databases, and enterprise systems
- Experience leading multi-location technology rollouts; POS implementation experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, document business requirements, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, online ordering platforms, SQL, Microsoft environments, and Oracle-based systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
