• Location: Hybrid, Newport Beach CA
• Compensation: This role is expected to pay a base of about $250-260k plus bonus and benefits
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No C2C

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute the long-term technology vision aligned with business strategy, growth objectives, and a global operating model
• Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure technology initiatives directly support organizational priorities and decision-making
• Lead modernization efforts across infrastructure, applications, data, integrations, and security
• Strengthen IT operations, governance, and processes to improve reliability, efficiency, and responsiveness to the business
• Build, mentor, and mature the IT leadership team while fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration

What Gets You the Job: 

• Extensive experience leading enterprise IT organizations through transformation, modernization, or operational improvement
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and business leaders to drive aligned, strategic outcomes
• Broad oversight experience across applications, infrastructure, security, enterprise systems, and data
• Demonstrated success developing leaders and building cohesive, high-performing teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology work into clear business value
